Brandon’s first exposure to musical comedy was Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’s 1952 classic “Singin’ in the Rain”. His grandmother, FunnyBunny, fostered their joint interest with afternoons spent watching the Turner Classic Movies channel.
In his dancing today, he strives to capture the athleticism and power of Gene Kelly, the charm and whimsy of Donald O’Connor, and the virtuosity and elegance of Fred Astaire.
To achieve these styings, Brandon trains under artists such as Randy Skinner, Ray Hesselink, and Rahsaan James II.
